KYOGO FURUHASHI has expressed his gratitude after winning a treble of awards at the Celtic Player of the Season event AND winning the PFA Player of the Season.
The Japanese striker has been by far the best player in Scotland this year, his goals propelling Celtic to within 90 minutes of a record-breaking 8th treble in their history.
The Hoops striker took the applause from his teammates and Celtic fans at Sunday night’s event. However, Kyogo remains humble and thankful for the support around him to continue to produce for Celtic.
A night to remember ✨
Thanks to my awesome teammates and the club for this unforgettable evening.🏆

To come over to Scotland from Japan and make the impact that he has is incredible. It’s worth noting his first season was blighted by injury but he still did enough in the first part of that campaign to make a difference.
This season, being fit for most of the campaign, Kyogo has excelled. Celtic have two trophies in the bag with a Scottish Cup final to look forward to at the beginning of June.
I think it’s safe to say Celtic fans are as delighted at Kyogo’s contributions as the wee man is. Long may it continue.
