CELTIC are stepping up their search for potential replacements for Virgil van Dijk, the player is still expected to leave the club this summer if a large bid comes in and with very few back up options at the back Celtic have been pro-active in looking for a new defender.
One players name who keeps coming up is in Senegalese defender Papy Djilobodji.
Papy has been at Nantes since 2010 and has played over 140 games for the club. He was also capped by his country Senegal for the first time back in 2013.
The player has only one year left on his current deal which would lower his asking price quite considerably.
