Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has named his side to face St. Mirren this afternoon at Celtic Park, with the Hoops lifting the Scottish Premiership title after the game.
The game will be Joe Hart’s last at Celtic Park, with the Englishman retiring at the end of the season.
Despite some criticisms during his time at the club, he has given everything he could in the twilight of his career, particularly in the last six months when he has been in simply sensational form.

Rodgers has made a total of six changes to the side that sealed the league title against Kilmarnock at Rugby Park on Wednesday night.
Next weekend’s Scottish Cup final against Rangers has clearly played a part in the Irishman’s thinking, with a number of players appearing to be rested.
Here is your Celtic starting 11 in full Joe Hart, Anthony Ralston, Stephen Welsh, Maik Nawrocki, Greg Taylor, Callum McGregor, Matt O’Riley, Reo Hatate, Nicolas Kuhn, Luis Palma, Kyogo Furuhashi.
Kickoff for the game is 12:30pm and it is live on Sky Sports Football and Sky Sports Main Event.
