SCOTLAND and Steve Clarke have announced their squad for the upcoming fixtures ahead of the Euros this summer. There has been much speculation about who will make the side given the Euros are coming up fast.

A massive question has been the emergence of David Turnbull at Celtic this season. The centre midfielder has been one of Celtic’s best players and showed flair as well as an eye for goal.

However, the Celtic star has NOT been called up to the squad today.

Jack Hendry has got a recall to the international setup after having a top season with Oostende so far and has his chance to punch his card to the Euros in the next few games.

For Turnbull, it looks like he could miss out on a major tournament when he could be a valuable asset to the squad.

All David can do is continue to play well for his club and hope Clarke sees him sooner rather than later.
