CHRIS JULLIEN has posted videos of himself working out in his Celtic training gear despite facing an uncertain future at the club.

The french centreback doesn’t look to be part of Ange Postecoglou’s plans. After returning from injury in January, the only first-team action Chris has seen is a fourteen-minute run-out against Raith Rovers in the Scottish Cup. Other than that, the midfielder featured for the B side, competing in the Glasgow Cup.

Posting on Instagram Stories, the Frenchman showed off his hard work.

There are thought to be clubs in France willing to take the defender, but his wages and price tag could prove a challenging hurdle to overcome.

Celtic announced the permanent signing of Carter-Vickers last week but will still look to bring another central defender to the club to provide the backup to last season’s defensive duo.

Stephen Welsh will likely drop down the pecking order when the transfer window slams shut in September.
