Celtic right-back Anthony Ralston could be set to play for Scotland tonight as Steve Clarke gets ready to make changes for their friendly with Liechtenstein in Vaduz.
Ralston was on the bench in the 3–1 loss to Iceland on Friday, with Max Johnston starting at right-back and setting up John Souttar’s equaliser. But Johnston is likely to drop out tonight as Clarke freshens his team after a poor run of form.

Scotland are dealing with a growing injury list. Kieran Tierney and Scott McTominay have pulled out after picking up injuries in the Iceland match, giving Clarke more problems.
The goalkeeper situation is also tough, with Craig Gordon, Liam Kelly, Zander Clark, Angus Gunn, and Robby McCrorie all out. Cieran Slicker made his debut against Iceland but struggled, so Clarke has brought in Ross Doohan and Callan McKenna to add cover.

For Ralston, tonight gives him a shot to show his worth again at international level. With 20 caps already, the 26-year-old has been a steady option for Clarke over the years. His know-how could help as Scotland try to get back on track ahead of the World Cup qualifiers in September.
Liechtenstein, ranked 205th in the world, are the opponents tonight as Scotland aim to bounce back from two defeats. Clarke will hope a new-look side with Ralston and Doohan can get a win and finish the season on a better note.
