Celtic midfielder Reo Hatate has been praised by UEFA’s social media accounts after the 24-year old’s recent performances in Ange Postecoglou’s side.
Since joining early in the January window, Hatate has hit the ground running, going straight into the midfielder during a potentially tricky run of fixtures after the winter break.
However, the midfielder has already added three goals and two assists to his tally in just five games wearing the Green and White.
With those performances in mind, UEFA took to their social media channel to praise Hatate, ahead of the Hoops return to European football when they take on Norweigan side Bodo/Glimt later this month.

Despite being unknown to many football fans in Europe before their arrival, players such as Hatate and Kyogo Furuhashi have received heavy but well-deserved praise for their performances and impact on the club this campaign.
It has been exciting to see the boost they have handed Ange Postecoglou’s side, playing a key part alongside the rest of their teammates in what has been an impressive few months of football.
There is a real buzz about what Celtic could do, going into the UEFA Conference League for the first time. Hopefully, a run into the later stages is a real possibility with the performances of this squad.
