The Celtic squad reported back to Lennoxtown on Monday for the start of the 2023/24 season.

And on Tuesday, the Bhoys were pictured for the first time along with their new manager, Brendan Rodgers.

The Northern Irishman could be seen chatting to a circle of players:

The likes of Matt O’Riley, James Forrest and Yuki Kobayashi could all be seen here meanwhile some academy talents such as Josh Dede and Matthew Anderson made training appearances.

Stars like Callum McGregor and Kyogo will not return for a few more days as they represented their countries after the club football season ended thus they receive an extended break.

In his first training session back in charge, Brendan Rodgers will have set out what he wants from his players for the 2023/24 campaign.

Undoubtedly, the 50 year old will work his players hard in pre season in order to ensure they are ready to successfully implement his attacking, high intensity style of play when flag day comes around.
