Celtic proved why they deserved a place in the Scottish Cup final with an impressive penalty shootout win.
Despite being far from their best for most of the game, Celtic ultimately secured victory in the cup semi-final, booking a place in the final on May 25th against either Hearts or Rangers.
With Celtic struggling to consistently convert penalties in games this season, some might have been concerned about the squad’s ability from the penalty spot.
However, that worry was sensationally shut down with six of seven penalties converted in the shootout.

Celtic will return to action next Sunday against Dundee, with the game set to kick off at 3pm.
Following Dundee’s draw against Rangers on Wednesday, Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers will be keenly aware of the threat that Tony Docherty’s side will pose.
With only five league games remaining, every match Celtic play from now until the end of the season essentially becomes a cup final, even with a three-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
If Celtic do receive a penalty before the end of the season, it’s clear that there are plenty of players capable of scoring from the spot, with the exception of Joe Hart.
