CHRIS SUTTON says Celtic should be kicking themselves from the missed opportunity of a meaningful Europa League run while watching Celtic’s conquerers Copenhagen go toe to toe with Manchester Utd.
Celtic were seeded for the last 32 draw and had topped their group when Copenhagen came to town. The bhoys blew it in spectacular fashion and exited the competition prematurely.

Since the restart, Copenhagen have gone two rounds further so far and are up against the Old Trafford side tonight which has gone to extra time.
It’s a case of what might have been for Celtic.

You could look it that way or you could make the argument Copenhagen have been underestimated. Their defensive game has not been in question but their ability to hurt teams on the attack was the bigger issue. They managed to hurt Celtic when it mattered most and are they ready to make more waves against the English side?
