Celtic, Rangers, Hibernian and Aberdeen will all enter the competition at this stage after competing in the early rounds of European Qualifiers.
Other clubs from all four divisions up and down the country, as well as a side from both the Lowland and Highland Leagues, have been battling it out over the past few weeks for a spot in the last 16 of the competition.
The group stage is rounded off today with Hearts taking on Inverness, and the draw will take place straight after this fixture.
Eight teams will be seeded, and the other eight unseeded. The first four seeded places have gone to the clubs competing in Europe, but four are still to be decided with the two fixtures today.
The last 16 ties will be played on the weekend of the 14th/15th of August.
We will bring you coverage of that draw later on today as the Hoops enter the competition and attempt to win the trophy back.
