Celtic Set for Parkhead Upgrade During Shutdown

Celtic have told supporters they plan to start their pitch upgrade THIS Monday as they look to take advantage of the shutdown.

The Ibrox club did the same a week or so back but their pitch was in dire need of fixing.

Celtic’s was in pristine condition but they’ll now look to make sure it’s ready to go for when the game does restart up here.

Celtic are on course for nine in a row but might not be able to kick another ball this season.

The football authorities have banned football until at least June 10 where it will be looked at again. The season should be reaching its natural conclusion right now had the shutdown not been in play.

Supporters are desperate to get back to Celtic Park and watch their team in action. It looks like it will be a long while before that’s possible. Until we can get together, stay safe.
