Celtic Seek Answers Over Police Tynecastle Treatment

CELTIC will this week seek answers as to why Celtic fans were treated with disdain by police and stewards as they made their way to Tynecastle on Sunday.

A video captured by a Celtic fan on the ground shows the stewards and police trying to slam a gate shut on unsuspecting Celtic fans who have to push back in order not be crushed with a flow of people behind them.

Celtic fans were outraged at the treatment and it’s clear to see how the police STILL view football fans going to watch their team play.

The Celtic SLO John Paul Taylor has assured the fans that he will seek answers this week as to why these actions were taken by Edinburgh police.

JP was part of security talks before the game and told fans the plan was to set up a barrier away to stop overcrowding at the turnstiles but admitted the treatment was over the top and way past what was discussed.
