Celtic Scouting System Set for Long Term Transfer Win

According to a report from back in 2019, Celtic have been tracking Matt O’Riley for three years.

RecordSport put it out there back in January 2019 that both Glasgow clubs were keeping tabs on Matt while he was still at Fulham.

Since then, the midfielder dropped down the divisions in search of first team football, snubbing a new Fulham deal to bet on himself.

Signing with MK Dons last season, O’Riley has let up the Football League and has attracted attention from many clubs.

Reports suggest Celtic are winning the race to sign the player in the coming days.

Lots of people who have watched Matt play for MK Dons have told CeltsAreHere the Hoops would be landing a top player who is playing in a league he’s currently too good for.

We’ll see how the deal goes, but fingers crossed it gets over the line.

Matt appears to be a perfect fit for Ange Postecoglou and his new look Celtic side.
