The Rangers have today released a statement through a spokesperson claiming Alfredo Morelos was racially abused by supporters as he was sent off at Celtic Park.
The Ibrox club said they believe racial abuse took place during the aftermath of the striker’s sending off.
Celtic have since released a statement confirming they have had received no official complaint but were 100% ready to investigate legitimate racial abuse if The Ibrox club would provide proof.
The Celtic statement also made it clear they were aware of the gestures made by certain Ibrox players towards the support on the day, hinting they’d be looking at the real end authorities taking action.
Celtic have also given us a statement:
"We are aware of the gestures made by the player towards Celtic supporters. We have received no reports of any racial abuse but would fully investigate any should these be brought to our attention"

Since they won on Sunday the Ibrox club have made so much noise. Another club statement demanding var after Celtic’s equaliser. Be careful what you wish for.
When it comes to racism, all accusations should be taken seriously and as Celtic say, if there’s proof that any racism happened during the Glasgow Derby they should rightly take action against any guilty party
