CELTIC has formally declined its allocation of tickets for the upcoming Glasgow derby at Ibrox on September 3rd. The club is also seeking to prevent Rangers from receiving any tickets for the New Year fixture at Celtic Park.
This decision, which Celtic attributes to safety concerns following recent incidents at Ibrox, has not been well received by Rangers. The club from the blue half of Glasgow is insistent that they will have fans in the away section at Parkhead for the return fixture in December.
