Celtic always appears willing to give opportunities to younger players.
Jack Aitchison is one of those and in 2016, the striker became the youngest player in the club’s history.
Despite scoring against Motherwell on his senior debut, Aitchison failed to ever break through to the first team and he eventually left Celtic in 2020 for Barnsley.
Several moves to different clubs have transpired since then for the Scotland youth international and his latest adventure will take him to Exeter City.

In Devon, the 23-year-old will link up with a fellow former Celt, Gary Caldwell.
Caldwell took charge of Exeter last October and in his playing career, spent four years with the Hoops.
He will be hoping he can be the man to finally help Aitchison buckle down and find some consistency in his career in terms of both performance and numbers.
It is certainly within the realms of possibility that he is.
