Celtic Prepare for Treble Party Celebration

IF Celtic are to crown their season with a Scottish Cup Final win over Aberdeen on Saturday, they’ll wrap up a clean sweep of domestic honours. And IF that happens, the scenes on the Celtic Way could be just as memorable as those witnessed after the title was lifted last weekend.

That’s because Celtic have already put infrastructure in place for what could be a massive celebration. IF the Hoops emerge victorious at Hampden, a huge stage and screen – already erected at the top of the Celtic Way – will allow supporters to gather and share the moment as the club potentially seals another treble.

Forward planning is everything. IF Celtic do secure the cup, it would mark their sixth domestic treble in just nine seasons – a staggering level of dominance that can’t be left to chance. The club are clearly not taking any risks IF the opportunity for further celebration arises.

Of course, nothing is guaranteed. If Aberdeen upset the odds, the celebration plans will be quickly dismantled. But IF Brendan Rodgers’ men can deliver again on the big stage, the stage – quite literally – is set.

Celtic fans gathered in the Trongate last weekend to mark the league win. IF a treble follows, supporters may be returning to Celtic Park for something even bigger. It’s all hypotheticals for now, but IF the result goes Celtic’s way, the club and its supporters are more than ready.
