Last Saturday, just before the Hibs game, it was revealed Celtic midfielder David Turnbull had contracted the virus while on international duty and would have to isolate for ten days.
Celtic again feeling let down by the Scottish FA when it comes to the health of their players.
Once you’ve contracted the virus and been found to have a positive case you must isolate for the full ten days but are free to go back out into the world after that period.
David has finished his quarantining as of yesterday and will be available to come back into the fold for Celtic if he’s had no adverse effects from the virus.
The former Motherwell man has been used less than sparingly this season and with so many underperformers in the team, you would think he would be getting his chance. The Milan game looks like it comes too soon for the player; even if he had no adverse effects he will not have trained very much during isolation.
The St Johnstone game could be a jumping-off point or will Neil Lennon wait for the final dead rubber match against Lille to throw the bhoy into the starting XI?
