Celtic players are due back today from their weekend break.
After the league was shut down on Friday, the team were given some time off to spend with family and to take it easy.
With no word from the club at this point, we can only assume the bhoys will report for training at Lennoxtown today.
However, there’s at least one Celtic player who won’t be there.
Daniel Arzani is on his way back to Australia after the loan player posted a message on Instagram.
Daniel wouldn’t have headed back to his home country without the blessing of the club. The midfielder was not in Neil Lennon’s plans and with the season in limbo, there’s no reason for Daniel to stick around.
It remains to be seen if the rest of the players have been told to stay away from Lennoxtown at this point.
We’re no further forward with getting our game restarted at this point. Daniel’s Celtic stint looks all but over with the current situation and his loan ending in June.
