ANGE POSTECOGLOU has talked up the Celtic support ahead of this Sunday’s Premier Sport’s Cup Final. The stadium will be rocking at 3 pm after Celtic fans missed out on the trip last year, and for the delayed Scottish Cup Final.
There is already a strong bond between Ange and the fans. The fans embraced the manager from day one and have not looked back since. Some supporters have even gone to the effort of fitting ‘Postecoglou’ into some chants.
The fans turn up in their numbers weekly to watch Postecoglou’s team play some of the nicest football that has ever been played at Celtic Park. The football excited fans and gives the atmosphere a boost.
Speaking to the club’s website, Ange talked about that atmosphere he loves;
“I’m sure it will be a great occasion, the atmosphere will be sensational and, ultimately, it will be about us preparing well and giving the best of ourselves as we can on the day and hopefully that proves successful.”
The fans will turn up in their thousands, despite anxiety regarding the recent coronavirus numbers, it is up to the team to turn up and put on a show for the fans but most importantly, return with the trophy.
