REPORTS down south suggest Celtic are back in for the Chelsea’s highly rated Charly Musonda as Brendan Rodgers looks to bolster his side ahead of the Europa league.
The Irishman was keen on the attacking midfielder at the start of the season but Chelsea were reluctant to let the player go – wanting him to develop at the bridge.
It’s now believed the London club want Charly to get first team experience and Brendan Rodgers wants to convince the midfielder that Celtic is the best place for him.
With Patrick Roberts out Celtic are short of options if Sinclair or Forrest go down with a long-term injury.
It’s believed Celtic are looking for a similar loan deal to Patrick Roberts first sting where the club would have him for an 18-month period.
Head of recruitment Lee Congertan has been using his contacts to try and broker a deal before any other Clubs try and sign the hot prospect.
