CELTIC are in desperate need of a right back with Anthony Ralston the only recognised player in that position for the Scottish Champions.
Mikael Lustig ended his eight-year stay at Parkhead this summer when he and the club failed to agree terms on a new deal. Mikael wanted a three year deal for long term security but the club would only commit to an extra year. The Swede moved to Gent shortly after with a three-year deal given to the defender.
Celtic have brought in Christopher Jullien in a big money move to strengthen the defence and will now have to turn to the right back position before the qualifiers come into full swing.
With that in mind, Celtic have been linked with a move for Luton defender Jack Stacey after the defender had a standout season with the English club.
Stacey made 50 appearances for Luton last term, getting on the scoresheet 4 times and chipping in with 8 assists.
The 23-year-old is valued around £2million according to SunSport.
