With Joe Hart’s contract set to expire in the summer, there could well be a changing of the guard between the sticks for Celtic soon. In the last transfer window, The Bhoys were linked with Croatia’s number one Dominik Livakovic and this month, they continue to be named as potential destinations for many stoppers.
One of those is on-loan Kilmarnock man Will Dennis. The 23-year-old was said to have caught the attention of the Hoops last month.

Now, though, he has signed a new deal at his parent club, Bournemouth. Previously, his contract on the South Coast was set to expire in a matter of months (which is potentially why Celtic were interested), but it has now been extended by two years. This likely ends all hopes of a move for Dennis, if there ever were any.
This will in no way be the biggest blow the Hoops receive this window, and it remains to be seen whether Dennis would have been the quality required in goal to carry on from Joe Hart.
