Celtic Legend Spotted with Irish Boxer Mick Conlan

Legendary Celtic captain Scott Brown has been more visible on social media since his Fleetwood sacking with the former pro enjoying his first real time away from the game since he was a teenager.

We saw earlier last week that Scott was present at the Spurs training ground in London to take in a coaching course and watch Ange Postecoglou do his thing in training.

However, Broony let his hair down at the weekend by heading over to Belfast to support Irish boxer Michael Conlan. The big fight took place between Conlan and Jordan Gill on Saturday evening with Brown in attendance, pictured below with Michael.

Unfortunately, on the night, Michael lost out to Jordan. But he thanked everyone for their support, acknowledging it wasn’t his night.

Conlan doesn’t hide his Celtic fandom, with famous ring entrance music such as ‘Grace’ and ‘Let the people sing’, two songs the Celtic support regularly sing.

We hope to see Michael bounce back after the weekend and it was great to see our former captain out to support him.
