Having successfully secured Nicolas Kuhn as their first January signing, Celtic is actively looking to bolster their squad further, particularly in the left-back position.

Owen Beck, Liverpool’s promising young defender, has emerged as a potential target for the Hoops, according to RecordSport.
Beck, who spent the first half of the season impressing on loan at Dundee, was recalled by Liverpool due to an injury crisis.
The Welsh under-21 international is currently part of Liverpool’s first-team squad, but Celtic remains attentive to any shifts in his situation as the transfer window nears its end. Should Liverpool’s roster circumstances change, allowing Beck more leeway, Celtic might initiate a move to secure his services on loan.
In addition to Beck, Celtic has shown interest in Tiago Araujo for the left-sided role. However, the club reportedly does not align with Estoril’s £4 million valuation of the player.
The left-back position is one to keep an eye on as the window enters its final two weeks.
