Celtic Issue Important Champions League Matchday Update for Supporters

Celtic fans attending tonight’s sold-out Champions League match against Young Boys at Celtic Park have been advised of updated access arrangements due to a significant travelling support from the Swiss side. The club has implemented measures to ensure the smooth operation of entry and exit points around the stadium.

As part of these measures, the South East Corner thoroughfare will be closed to Celtic supporters from 6pm onwards. Fans are urged to plan their journeys accordingly and allow additional time to reach their designated entry points.

The Lisbon Lions Stand will see the continuation of Celtic’s new access and egress system. External stairways leading to Dalriada Street will be in use to assist the flow of fans. Meanwhile, Janefield Street will feature extended queue lines for those entering the North Stand at turnstiles 6-13 and 32-39. Barriers and stewards will be in place to help maintain order and expedite entry into the ground.

Celtic fans are reminded to arrive early to avoid congestion and help ensure a safe and efficient entry process. With a packed-out Celtic Park and a sizeable visiting support, the club aims to deliver a smooth matchday experience for everyone in attendance.

The match kicks off at 8pm, with Celtic knowing a win will edge them closer to securing progression to the next phase of the Champions League. Fans are sure to create a raucous atmosphere as they look to roar the Bhoys on to victory.
