There’s good news for Celtic on the injury front. The bhoys are about to welcome Tom Rogic back into the fold for Thursdays tie against Hearts.
The manager confirmed to CelticTV the Australian will be ready to go. The midfielder was pushing to be in the squad for the Aberdeen tie but didn’t quite make it.
Elsewhere on the injury front; Nir Bitton could also make Thursday’s game, with Starfelt and Great Taylor not far behind.
Celtic are going into a massive run of fixtures, having viral players back and a bigger squad to choose from will be a massive boost.
Christopher Jullien is still on the way back, the Frenchman is likely to be back sooner rather than later.
Ange Postecoglou has asked for patience with the centre back, they don’t want to rush Jullien back only for him to go down with another injury.
Fingers crossed things are starting to get better, by January, there should be more reinforcements in the door.
Celtic are four points off the top, and have a League Cup final to contest. We can’t take any result for granted at the moment.
