Celtic in Major Injury Scare Ahead of Athens Tie

CELTIC are tonight got wrapping Odsonne Edouard in cotton wool ahead of tomorrow’s crunch tie in Greece.

An image shared widely on social media seems to show Edouard sitting out of training after picking up a knock during routine drills.

With Moussa Dembele only having an outside chance of featuring against Athens if Edouard misses out due to injury it will be up to an off form Leigh Griffiths to get among the goals.

Celtic need a positive result and know they must score at least once if they have any chance of progressing.

The backroom team will most likely assess Eddy tomorrow before making a final decision.
