The little Belgian who only joined Celtic at the end of January packed his bags in May, never to return even though he still had a season left on his deal.
Chelsea said they would now pick his next loan move very carefully and it could be a case of Charly visiting potential loan sides in the hope of choosing the right fit.
There was a lot made of his time in Glasgow with fans expecting big thing, but they never came, and he struggled to get into the Celtic starting XI.
