This Saturday, Celtic are finally back in action. Dundee come to Parkhead at 3 p.m., but a fixture change has been confirmed for one of the Hoops’ matches over the next few weeks.
On Saturday the 30th of September, Celtic are due to face Motherwell at Fir Park in the Scottish Premiership. Previously, the game was due to kick off at 3 p.m., but now, it will start two and a half hours earlier at 12.30 p.m.

The alteration is not down to the game being shown on television, but because both clubs requested it. The midweek before the match, neither side is playing, but the Wednesday after it, the Hoops host Lazio.
The change does seem rather odd but it means the game will be out of the way early in the weekend for both sides. In fairness, it will give Celtic more time to prepare for their hosting of Lazio, which is only positive.
