Celtic Fans to Suffer Hefty Price Hike Next Season

CELTIC fans are set to face a hefty price increase for their teams replica kits next season.

Footy Headlines have revealed that Adidas have upped their prices, meaning Celtic shirts next season could cost up to £80 an increase of around £10. The cost of a football shirt is becoming unaffordable and will force some fans to look elsewhere when buying their jerseys.

Celtic can’t control the prices, with the manufacturer setting them.

At a time when the cost of living crisis continues to affect households, its a tough pill to swallow for supporters who are already facing inflated prices for tickets, food and merchandise in the stadium throughout the season.

With clubs now producing three kits per season, with fans having to fork out at least £240 if they want to keep up with the releases. This is excluding training gear, which does normally come in at a cheaper, but still an expensive, price.
