You don’t see this happen a lot in football. When teams are set to face each other, you can see a lot of animosity and sometimes unhealthy rivalry just before a game.
Celtic fans made sure these lads got to Celtic Park after making the trip over and for them, they will have enjoyed their experience.
Celtic were humbled by the Norwegian side on the night, beaten soundly in the end.
The official Bodo social media account came across the post before the game on Thursday and acknowledged the big hearted Celtic supporters.
Celtic fans will no doubt be travelling over for the return leg next week and after this, they’re a likely to get a warm welcome by the home side.
Ange Postecoglou’s men will have to put in a much better performance to make a game of it on the night.
