Celtic Draw Kilmarnock in League Cup Semi-Final

CELTIC have drawn against Kilmarnock in the Semi Final of the Premier Sports Cup, with the fixture to be played at Hampden on the weekend of January 14/15th. The Final of the competition will take place at the national stadium in the following month.

The dates are delayed this season due to the World Cup taking place in the middle of the season instead of its usual summer months schedule.

Celtic were brilliant in the quarter-finals of the competition, beating Motherwell 4-0 to progress into the next round. It was a great performance on the night, with Celtic playing some really nice football.

Killie is due to travel to Celtic Park the week before their fixture at Hampden, with St Mirren set to travel to Celtic Park on the 14th of January. Obviously, this match will be postponed and moved to an alternate date.

It’s set to be an exciting fixture at Hampden, one that the Celtic support will be looking forward to already!
