Celtic Declare Substantial Profit – Interim Report Reveals

Celtic have declared a substantial profit of £33.9million before tax, as shown in their interim report. Reaching the group stage of the Champions League enabled them to benefit from the lucrative financial rewards, which have been documented in the Parkhead club’s accounts.

It’s an increase from the £27.6m reported at this stage last campaign. Furthermore, their revenue has jumped by almost 45 per cent to £76.5m, up from £52.9m in the first half of 2021/22.

It’s great news for the club and supporters and how solid the foundations are.

Celtic are a well run business who have managed to heavily invest in their squad and turn a fantastic profit.

We continue to lead Scottish football in that regard. As Ange Postecoglou told us not so long ago — we are the most well supported club in Scotland. Our fans continue to back the team financially through ticket and merchandise sales and the club’s transfer policy is paying dividends.
