Ronny Deila is bidding to put his first piece of silverware into the Celtic trophy room today. After a rollercoaster game last week against the same opposition Celtic will be hoping that its the men in hoops that steal the headlines and not the one’s sponsored by Specsavers.

Still in the hunt for a treble winning season Ronny’s man can get 1 out of 3 trophies in the bag today. Amazingly the Hoops will play Jackie Mac’s Dundee United four times in under 3 weeks. Having already played on the 8th of March, today on the 15th, Wednesday evening 18th and again on the 21st of March. 3 of the games revolve around cup competition and the last game will be for the league.

Because of the circus officiating last Sunday it’s taken some midweek video surgery to clean up the mess made and to reinstate Virgil van Dijk for Celtic and Paul Paton for Dundee United.

If last Sunday’s game is anything to go by expect a roller coaster ride from the first whistle until the last.
