Celtic’s Flag Day clash with Kilmarnock a week on Sunday has this morning sold out.
Tickets went on sale for the game this morning and just over half an hour later, the club announced that there were no more available.
The first league game of the season is always a special occasion, and things will be no different this time around.
A packed Paradise will be in place to roar the team on for the beginning of their quest for four in a row and a 55th league title.
The Green brigade will be particularly pleased with this news. They are planning a full stadium tifo on Flag Day and will be delighted to know Celtic Park will be full to the brim.
Supporters will be hoping there are a few new outfield additions to Brendan Rodgers’ squad before Killie come to town although they won’t be holding out much hope given how the window has gone so far.
There is still time yet, but as each day passes, the need for quality signings increases.
