Celtic are close to concluding a deal with Adidas which will make them Celtic’s official kit supplier going forward. There has been rumours for some time and now SunSport are claiming a lucrative deal is close to being done.

If agreed, it will be the biggest kit deal in Scottish football history and it’ll be the first time in Celtic’s history that they team up with Adidas.

Celtic’s New Balance deal runs out this summer. At the time Celtic signed that deal, it broke records for Scottish football.

Adidas has a massive portfolio of clubs and Celtic look likely to be added to that very shortly.

Many Celtic fans are excited y the prospect of the iconic brand making Celtic’s kit and training gear. They have made some memorable efforts for other clubs over the years.

With kits usually announced as early as April and May time, you have to think a deal is in the offing.
