Celtic Chase £6m Man

CELTIC are reportedly working behind the scenes to secure targets, it’s almost as if they know who the next manager will be *wink, wink*.

Reports from Turkey claim Celtic are in negotiations with Hatayspor over a move for their winger/striker Aaron Boupendza.

Aaron, 24, has scored 22 goals in 36 appearances in the Turkish League this season and has built a big reputation for himself.

TransferMarkt already have the frontman valued at over £6m.

MillYet.com claimed the two clubs are in negotiations over a fee with Celtic keen to land the player.

Aaron can play upfront and on the wing which makes him very adaptable in a front three.

Moi Elyounoussi is now back at Southampton with no sign of the player returning as of yet. There are a multitude of positions Celtic need to fill in the coming weeks and months.

Things should become clearer when we finally confirm the manager.

Boupendza spent most of his career at Bordeaux to this point but left the French side on a free transfer last season. He has made it big at Hatayspor but he only signed an initial two-year deal so he could be open for a decent price.
