Highly rated Celtic academy prospect Ben Quinn has signed a new contract which will see him remain at the club until at least 2025.
The 18 year old has been a standout for Celtic B so far this campaign, scoring 11 goals and registering seven assists in the Lowland League this campaign.
Quinn starred at Ibrox at the beginning of the month, bagging a brace as Celtic B walked away with a 3-1 victory.
It is fair to say the young Irishman has enjoyed a breakout year with Celtic’s B side and has ben duly rewarded with this contract extension which he is happy to get finalised (Celtic Football Club):
“I’m just delighted to get it done.
“It’s been an enjoyable season. I was maybe struggling a bit at the start of the campaign, but I’ve grown into it and I’m just looking to push on from here.”
Quinn is still at such a tender age and his latest contract extension will keep him at Celtic until he is at least 21.
The Irishman will undoubtedly have ambitions to reach the Hoops first team one day and if he keeps rising through the ranks the way he currently is, he may well get his chance one day.
