Celtic Academy Star Departs Club On Permanent Deal

The summer transfer window is finally upon us and rumours are rife regarding Celtic.

Comings and goings will be plenty this summer and the latest done deal involving the Hoops was confirmed last night.

Ewan Otoo, who has been in the Celtic academy for a number of years, officially joined Scottish Championship side Dunfermline on a three year deal.

The 20 year old is versatile, being able to be deployed at both left and centre back.

He captained Celtic’s B team on a number of occasions and made 23 appearances for them in 2022/23 before departing for The Pars where he impressed that much the club ended up signing him permanently.

Otoo was highly rated at Lennoxtown yet the allure of guaranteed first team football was too much for him to turn down.

Due to this, he has now left Celtic and will look to impress James McPake once more as Dunfermline look to continue their journey to the Premiership.
