Celtic’s home shirt has been leaked by Footyheadlines.com this evening just a week after the third kit was leaked also.
The new hoops shirt for a new era at the club looks very run of the mill with no bells or whistles.
Adidas had their first effort this season and that had a yellow trim around it.
This time the trim is gone and it’s a pretty standard looking Celtic shirt.
The Celtic kit will be out in time for the start of next season and perhaps this jersey won’t get as much recognition and praise as its previous iteration.
There’s only so much you can do with a Hoops jersey but when your spoiled with imaginative concept kits from great designers, this does seem a little bit underwhelming.
The traditionalists will likely find it acceptable, the trademark three stripes at the shoulder of the jersey the only real difference between this and other brands who have designed the hoops in the past.
