Celtic have six more games to play before the season comes to an end. In those final fixtures, the bhoys can clinch the league title and a Scottish Cup if they can beat Inverness in the final.
The bhoys will have to face those fixtures without their centre-back hero Cameron Carter-Vickers. After his colossal role in the semi-final, the rumours of his impending operation were confirmed by the Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou.
Cameron had insisted to his manager and the club that he wanted to get the surgery AFTER the semi-final had been played. The club physios would have weighed up the risks and allowed CCV to play on until last weekend.
Not long after walking off the Hampden turf, the USA international was on his way to get surgery. That knee surgery has been successful and the player is now beginning his long journey back to full fitness.

Ange told CeltsAreHere he was confident Cameron will be back in time for next season to start. Celtic have no early Champions League qualifiers and their first competitive game will be in August when the SPFL kicks off for a new season.
