Celtic captain Callum McGregor has responded brilliantly to comments by Rangers player Todd Cantwell, who suggested that he wants to win more than the decorated Celtic star.

McGregor, who has recently returned to peak form following a tailored training regime, played a key role in Celtic’s recent 3-0 victory over Hearts, looking back to the high standard he sets for himself.
Speaking ahead of the highly anticipated clash at Celtic Park, McGregor laughed off Todd Cantwell’s claim.
With CeltsAreHere in attendance, he laughed in reaction to the question, then simply replied, “If that’s his opinion, that’s good with him.”
Saturday’s derby could see Callum McGregor all but seal his 21st trophy with Celtic, if that number is something to go by, I don’t see him losing the winning desire.
Todd Cantwell does his talking off the park, whether it be the ’56’ Instagram story, clashing with Chris Sutton or this spat with Callum McGregor. I’m sure the Celtic captain will set the record straight on the pitch later today.
