CALLUM MCGREGOR has been described as a “great person” by Josip Juranovic, who was in front of the media ahead of Wednesday’s derby.
Josip has settled into life at Celtic well. When he first arrived at the club, the Croatian played on the opposite side, with Ralston holding down the right-back position. However, now in his natural position, Juranovic’s quality is shining through.
In today’s presser, Juranovic was quizzed on life in Scotland, in reply he said;
“When I came here at first captain Callum was so so great a person. He text me and after that, I feel like I am home, I am with my family here. We give each other everything, on the pitch or off the pitch, it doesn’t matter.

Callum McGregor is a brilliant leader. He conducts himself extremely well on and off the pitch, there is no one who can say a bad word about him.
Having the midfielder back for Wednesday could be vital. Having his influence on the pitch could make the difference in a massive match like this. Without sounding too cliche, it’s good to have someone who truly knows what the Glasgow Derby means to the fans.
