CALLUM MCGREGOR is set to play his 400th game for Celtic after he was named in Celtic’s starting XI against Dundee United on Sunday.

The player has been extremely consistent throughout his Celtic career, playing almost every game. In 2019, he had played more minutes than any other footballer in Europe, playing 42 matches that year.

He’s had a few injury problems over the last 18 months, but he has still managed to play an impressive amount of minutes as he reaches his 400 appearance milestone in Tayside.
Callum McGregor is an incredible player, and an even better captain. He’ll be regarded as a Celtic legend, but until then, he still has a lot to offer to the team, aged just 29.
He hass captained Celtic to two trophies since he took the armband from Scott Brown, and he’ll be eyeing up a good few more, especially with the position Celtic currently find themselves in.
