Scott Brown left Celtic this summer after spending 14 years at the club to take up a player/coach role at Aberdeen. The former hoops Captain embarked on his new journey at the dons with a 5-1 victory against BK Hacken. Aberdeen pushed over the Swedish outfit in the new UEFA Europa Conference League. Stephen Glass’ side looks set to enter the third round of the competition.
Aberdeen fans took to social media to celebrate their win infront of fans. When it came to naming the new team captain, Brown was given a new nickname after an impressive performance;
Brooner 🐐

During pre-season, it looked like the former Scotland International could be growing his hair back for the new campaign but last night he reverted to old ways and brought back the skinhead.
As a Celtic fan, it is hard to accept a new name for Scott Brown. For me, he is and always will be ‘Broony’, not ‘Brooner’.
