The rumours of an Erik Sviatchenko return has got many fans talking. The Record Sport report claiming the Dane is on a short list of candidates to fill our defensive void next term.
Erik won five trophies while at Celtic, he has also played a massive hand in Midjtyland’s three title successes and the Danish side just missed out on the title on the final day of last season.
At 29, the centre-back would come back to the Hoops with much more experience than the first time around.
He’s also been an avid Celtic fan since leaving the club. Celtsarehere interviewed the defender after he left the club over two years ago and he’s regularly made appearances on Celtic fan media.
