Brilliant Gesture From Jozo To The McNeill Family

Today is all about the famous number five. In a surreal moment today at Paradise Jozo Simunovic, the Celtic number 5, scored the only goal of the game in the 67th minute. The Croatian was clearly emotional when celebrating only his third ever Celtic goal today.

In a game that Celtic had no right to win you knew it would take something special to take all three points. Maybe an Edouard top corner or big Tom Rogic with a 30-yard special? Nobody could have predicted the big number five planting home a header on the sixty-seventh minute.

Back in the Sky Sports studios, Kris Commons said he had goosebumps when the goal went in. Just as Celtic were about to take a corner the Sky Sports commentator half-joked about Celtic scoring in the sixty-seventh minute. Even the commentator could not believe that it was the number five who put the ball in the net to give Celtic all three points.

In a moment that will be so precious to the defender, he was only too happy to pass on his shirt to the McNeill family in another piece of Billy McNeill fairytale history.
