Brendan Rodgers Set to Hand Celtic Deadline Day Boost – Reports

According to reports this evening Celtic could make a move for Leicester winger Fousseni Diabate before the deadline on Monday evening after Neil Lennon was alerted to the French born star’s availability.

Celtic have appeared to be in the market for a winger with rumours of Jordan Ibe from Bournemouth being on Celtic’s radar earlier this month.

With the clock ticking down, the club really need to refine their options and start bringing players in but according to SunSport a move for Diabate would be another loan move according to SunSport. Cue Celtic fans groaning everywhere.

The winger/forward was brought into Leicester in 2017. The player was loaned piety to Turkish side Sivasspor for the second half of last season.

It’s thought the player won’t feature in Brendan Rodgers plans this season and he could be ready to do a deal with his former club.
